How do I book a tour with Oasis Journey Tourism?

Super easy! You can book directly through our website, WhatsApp us at [+971 50 123 4567], call us, or send an email. We’ll confirm your booking within a few hours and send you all the details you need.

How far in advance should I book?

For desert safaris and popular tours, we recommend booking at least 2-3 days ahead, especially during peak season (November to March) or weekends. That said, we often have last-minute availability, so if you’re feeling spontaneous, give us a call and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

Do you offer hotel pickup and drop-off?

Absolutely! We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off from most hotels and locations across Dubai. Just let us know where you’re staying when you book, and we’ll send you the exact pickup time the day before your tour.

Can I reschedule my tour?

Yes! Just contact us at least 24 hours before your tour and we’ll do our best to move you to another date. Subject to availability, of course, but we’re pretty flexible.

What should I wear for a desert safari?

Comfort is key! Wear loose, breathable clothing. Closed shoes aren’t ideal because sand will get everywhere, so go with sandals or flip-flops you can easily kick off. Bring a light jacket for evening safaris (it gets chilly after sunset), and don’t forget sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen.

Is dune bashing safe?

Yes! Our drivers are professionally trained and licensed, and our 4×4 vehicles are regularly maintained and inspected. If you’re pregnant, have back problems, or any heart conditions, we recommend skipping the dune bashing and heading straight to camp.

Can children join the desert safari?

Kids are welcome! Children under 3 years old go free, and we offer discounted rates for kids aged 3-12. For dune bashing, kids should be at least 5 years old. We can arrange to take young children or anyone who prefers to skip the dune bashing directly to camp.

What activities are included in the desert safari?

Depends on your package, but typically you’ll get:

Dune bashing (20-45 minutes depending on package)
Camel riding
Sandboarding
Henna tattoos (for ladies)
Traditional costume photos
Shisha smoking
BBQ dinner (evening/overnight packages)
Live entertainment: belly dancing, Tanoura dance, fire show
